Troubleshooting

There are two Troubleshooting guides depending on how you are using Greasemonkey.

Script Users

If you are having an issue with a script that you have installed (eg, from userscripts.org), then you are considered to be a 'Greasemonkey User':

Script Authors

If you are having an issue with creating a script for Greasemonkey, then you are considered to be a 'Greasemonkey Script Author':

Greasemonkey Developers

If you are having an issue with Greasemonkey itself:

• First, follow the Bigger Problems section of the Troubleshooting (Script Authors) guide
• Then after gathering enough information, report issues to the Greasemonkey-dev(elopers) mailing list or create an issue ticket at the Github Issue Tracker
